2. Services Provided

We provide professional door-to-door transportation between Reading, PA and New York City, including airport transfers. Services are subject to availability and operational requirements.

3. Booking and Payment

• Reservations must be made in advance via website, phone, or authorized agents.
• Payment must be completed prior to boarding unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept major payment methods (cash, credit/debit cards, electronic transfers).
• Prices are subject to change with notice.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and booking information.
• Arrive at the designated pick-up point on time.
• Luggage must comply with safety and size restrictions; hazardous materials are prohibited.
• Behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers.

5. Company Rights

• We reserve the right to refuse service to passengers violating these Terms.
• Schedules may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.
• We may subcontract services to authorized operators under USDOT/FMCSA regulations.

6. Liability and Limitations

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Liability for lost or damaged luggage is limited under applicable law. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Safety and Compliance

All vehicles comply with USDOT and FMCSA safety standards. Drivers are licensed and trained. Passengers must follow safety instructions, including seatbelt use.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure may be eligible for a refund.
• No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with Pennsylvania, New York, and U.S. federal law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, Pennsylvania, and New York. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Reading, PA or New York City, unless otherwise required by law.
